This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • The product must have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Panties

  • Lingerie Sets containing panties

  • Nightwear used or washed

  • Any product showing signs of wear, damage, stains, or fragrance

  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount sale

2. Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size or defective item, you may request an exchange.

Exchange eligibility:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition

  • Exchange is allowed only for size or defective product

  • Color or product change depends on availability

If the requested size is not available, you may choose another product by paying/receiving the cost difference.

3. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our support team via email or phone.

  2. Share your order ID, reason for return, and product images (if defective).

  3. Our team will review and approve the request (if eligible).

  4. You must ship the product back to us using any reliable courier service.

  5. After inspection, a refund/exchange will be processed.

Note: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only when:

  • Product is returned and passes quality inspection

  • Product is in unused condition

  • Product was defective/damaged or wrong item was received

Refund Method:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method or bank account

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after quality check

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable

5. Damaged, Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A wrong item

  • Something missing from your order

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos and unboxing video (if available) for quick resolution.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it.
Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

Refund for cancelled orders is processed within 3–5 working days.
