1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders placed on The Nimue Store are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or holidays, processing time may take 1–3 additional days.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

These times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotional periods or on orders above a certain amount (if applicable).

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can track the status of your shipment directly with the courier service.

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us.

5. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address

The Nimue Store is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Unavailability to receive the package

If an order returns to us due to wrong details, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Delayed Deliveries

We try our best to deliver your order on time. However, delays may happen due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier issues

  • Festival rush

  • Location-specific restrictions

The Nimue Store is not liable for such delays, but we will assist you in tracking your order.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or opened:

  1. Do NOT accept the parcel.

  2. Ask the courier to mark it as “Return to Sender.”

  3. Inform us immediately with photos/video proof.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process a replacement or refund based on the Return Policy.

8. International Shipping

Currently, The Nimue Store ships only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.
