1. Return Eligibility

• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

• Lingerie, cosmetics, and personal care items are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns (unless damaged or defective).

2. Refund Process

• Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 working days.

• Refund will be credited to the same mode of payment within 10 working days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
